Plugin guidance and examples

The plugin package contains preparation instructions, public source references, a synthetic example, and an optional local CSV review helper. It has no EasyPBJ API connection, account sign-in, or publisher-operated record storage. It does not automatically send your conversations or selected files to EasyPBJ.

The helper reads the redacted CSV you select within an execution environment provided by your host. It emits a preliminary summary, makes no network requests, and does not modify the file. The host may retain files and execution results under its own policies.

Your chat host

ChatGPT, Codex, or another compatible host processes your prompts, conversation, attachments, and tool use according to its policies and your account settings. Installing this plugin does not change those policies or establish a separate storage agreement with EasyPBJ. Use your host’s controls for conversation and file access, retention, and deletion.

Use synthetic data or a small redacted excerpt. Do not include patient records, employee names or personal contact details, Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, or MFA codes.

Website visits and support

Opening a website link or contacting support is separate from plugin use. EasyPBJ’s website privacy policy explains website accounts, files, optional analytics, billing, and support records. Plugin links do not include payroll, employee, contact, credential, or facility data. If you choose to use the website for a real filing, its account agreements and data practices apply. The website tracks the facility, reporting quarter, and salted employee ID fingerprints to enforce the shared 25-employee free export allowance. These usage fingerprints contain no employee names or hours and can remain after a filing or workspace is deleted so deletion does not restart the allowance. Contact support for privacy or deletion requests. No email subscription or reminder request is created by the plugin.
