For nursing homes preparing a quarterly PBJ filing
A professional PBJ consultant.
A second set of eyes.
Get a consultant’s review of your prepared filing before you submit. Receive written findings your team can act on, then one follow-up check of your corrections.
What your consultant reviews
- Payroll and agency-hour reconciliationCompare the prepared quarter with the source files you provide and identify missing coverage or unexplained differences.
- Employee links, job codes, and reported hoursReview classifications, linked identities, daily hours, and unresolved questions that need your team’s attention.
- Written findingsReceive a summary of the items reviewed, questions to resolve, and recommended corrections.
- One follow-up checkAfter your team makes corrections, the consultant checks the changes related to the original findings for that same filing.
How to request your review
- Tell us your facility, reporting quarter, and target submission date through your private support inbox.
- We confirm consultant availability, scope, timing, and the $49 payment arrangements before starting.
- Invite the assigned consultant to the correct facility workspace when instructed. Keep payroll and employee records in the workspace.
- Receive written findings, make corrections, and request your included follow-up check in the same conversation.
A clear scope for one filing
The $49 fee is separate from the $149 quarterly facility subscription. It covers a review of your prepared filing, not rebuilding payroll records or unlimited revisions. Additional quarters or a new review require a separate request.
CMS submission is a separate step. Your facility keeps responsibility for its source records, final approval, timely submission, and checking CMS results. A consultant review does not guarantee CMS acceptance.
Timing is confirmed individually. Keep working toward your filing deadline while you wait for a response.
