How does quarterly billing work?
Each facility subscription costs $149 and renews every three months from the subscription start date. Cancel future renewals in workspace Settings; access continues through the paid period. Billing dates are separate from CMS reporting-quarter deadlines.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Import your own payroll and agency files and work through the whole review free, with no card. Downloading is free for up to 25 unique employees per facility per CMS quarter, counted across exports and corrections. A larger quarter needs the subscription before you download. You can also explore a synthetic sample without an account.
Does EasyPBJ submit to CMS for me?
No. EasyPBJ prepares the reviewed PBJ XML package. Your facility’s authorized submitter uploads it in iQIES and checks the CMS validation report. You can save the report with your filing in EasyPBJ. An export or upload does not confirm CMS acceptance.
