The scope of the free preparation plugin and the responsibilities that remain with your facility.
Free preparation guidance
The plugin’s preparation guidance and bundled example review are free to use. No EasyPBJ account or subscription is required. Your chat host may have its own availability, execution capabilities, plan requirements, and terms.
The plugin publisher is Joshua King. EasyPBJ is operated by King & Co. Consulting.
Review and filing responsibilities
Use the plugin only with examples or records you are authorized to discuss. Guidance and preliminary checks can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify current CMS requirements and source records before making a filing decision. Your facility remains responsible for source completeness, employee links, classifications, reportable hours, reviewer approval, timely filing, corrections, and validation evidence.
The plugin does not access private EasyPBJ workspaces, create validated CMS XML, approve filings, submit to CMS, or guarantee acceptance or regulatory compliance. A preliminary review result is not an official CMS validation report.
Separate website services
The free website sample is synthetic practice data and must not be submitted for a real facility. Real filing exports on the website are free for up to 25 unique employees per facility per CMS reporting quarter, counted cumulatively across exports and corrections. Confirmed ID links count as one employee. The same allowance applies through website use and plugin guidance. No card or subscription is required within it. Larger quarters require existing active facility access; the plugin does not start checkout or change subscriptions. AI assistance and separately paid services have their own access conditions. Using the website workspace requires an account and follows the website terms, privacy policy, and any subscription conditions shown before purchase. Plugin use does not activate a subscription or change facility permissions.
