Export and file
An owner or reviewer downloads the XML and audit package. Your authorized submitter uploads it in iQIES and confirms the CMS result.
How the free allowance works
Filing exports are free for up to 25 employees per facility per CMS reporting quarter. The allowance counts unique employees across exports, including corrections. Confirmed employee ID links count as one person.
The allowance is shared across files, filings, accounts, and workspaces for the same facility and CMS reporting quarter. Deleting a filing does not restart it. The same allowance is available on the website. A larger quarter requires existing active facility access; the plugin does not initiate purchases or subscription changes.
Free exports include the reviewed staffing XML and audit package. Source completeness, evidence, reviewer permissions, and CMS validation still apply. AI assistance and other separately paid services retain their own access requirements.

Keep facility records in your authorized workspace.
The plugin contains guidance and an optional preliminary CSV helper. It does not connect to private records or generate a real filing inside chat. Upload original records, approve reviews, and download actual filing packages in the EasyPBJ website workspace. EasyPBJ does not submit to CMS or guarantee acceptance.
Use synthetic data or small redacted excerpts in chat. Keep patient information, employee names, Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, and MFA codes out of conversations. The website’s account agreements cover records you upload there; your chat host’s policies and settings cover conversations and attachments.
